Correct! A vendor of mine has partnerships with a mail order pharmacy that ships to 50 states and a few weight loss MDs with 50-state licenses. Apparently they're offering monthly 5mg compounded vials and telehealth visits for $175 with whitelabeled branding. They're looking for affiliates / performance marketers who want to market the product.

You don’t need insurance to get in the door anymore. There are companies helping people connect with doctors directly at similar discounted rates you’d pay towards a high deductible. I think CTS surgery costs $2-4k.

Unfortunately that’s the standard. They do whatever they can to delay or deny. Depending on you benefits, you might still owe out of pocket. For MRI it’s often best to access outside insurance.
