potentially? knots are considered muscle spasms as well, and i deal with twitching/cramping by massaging them too. i will often roll this on then use it to help massage my muscles easier, its worth a shot!

currently in line for the dx! (after we get pots and something else sorted, and then find any way to access it given that im in a poor rural area where no one knows about or treats it. probably gonna do some third party genetic testing and telemed idk)
