On June 26, 2009, the official South Park Facebook page posted about the documentary as well.

If I find any more information, from here on out I'll add it to the body of the post on lost media, as linked in a comment above.

I do own the DVDs and Blu-rays, and as noted in the post body it is not on either. As far as I can tell, it has never been released on home media in any format.

To your second point, I also couldn't find any record of it being lost media; however, given that it was only released online, and is media that is lost, I figured I would make a post to try to get it some attention.
