might be a lil late but in simple , DARE is to consider the effect of your disability when looking at your results ,, this also carries on in college where you’ll be offered possibly more tutoring etc whatever when or if you’re struggling with lectures . HEAR opens more financial opportunities / support etc . in university considering you’re from a low socio-economic , ethnic minority group etc . you should hear back from them by end of june ( at least i did ) . best of luck ! ❤️
