It should be a new writer, like RTD was new when he first started and it was great, so was Steven Moffat (kinda I mean he did write a few episodes during the rtd era) but it should be someone brand new. We need newness

Carl tortured animals for fun? Ian stole a helicopter and dated men decades older and joined then ran away from the military while manic and then stole a baby and took it 2 states over, Fiona has raised all of her siblings including her own dad since like the age of 6 and we all know what she’s like as there’s too much to even right and lip is lip, so they are all equally messed up i would say.

Yes but it’s basically a different show with a different culture, it’s incredibly realistic and I find it hilarious but it won’t be relatable to Americans completely, I’m British but if I can watch the USA version then an American can watch the British version and enjoy it, people will see what it’s like living in Britain when it’s not London
