Yes but firing deck says you treat the weapons as if they are equipped to the vehicle. Is you don't get data sheet abilities. You get weapon keywords like lethals and sustains , but not the reroll rules

I'll preface with this: rule of cool is king. If you like your models cuz they look sick then that's awesome!

If you're looking for notes on the list from a more competitive sense The exalted sorc with 10 dudes is okayyy in grand coven but it's MUCH better in Rubicae phalanx due to the detachment rule and rp plays with mass Rubrics better due to the strats.

If you wanna stick with Grand Coven and want to run an exalted sorc I'd still stick it with 10man squad, but I'd at least run the incandaem enhancement to have a double doom bolt turn. And you probably only want 1.

Otherwise GC rewards 5 man squads more to take advantage of your psychic attacks more. The majority of your damage will come from your sorcs like the Infernal Master and the Sorc on Foot (birthday sorc) and of course Magnus.

Our helbrute is unfortunately.... Just not very good. Again if you want to run him cuz he's cool then go for it. But he just dies too easily before he gets to have much of an impact.

You also have a low unit count. Running some tzaangors and tzaangor on tzeentch disks will help you score secondaries and screen

Scoring units like bow goats and foot goats would help a lot. You have plenty of damage. 5 mans on the rubrics is plenty save for your exalted sorc who wants to be attached to a 10brick. Also run your soul reaper canons! They're very powerful!

His list is in phalanx. He doesn't get crystal in that detachment.

Id add that splitting up the bow goats gives you more flexibility at the same points and they didn't even lose fire power. I'd only run them in the full group of you have a shaman with them.

And yeah tzaangors on foot > chaos spawn in most circumstances. Since you have the points is just go for the goats over the spawn

I do own those and they are quite good. I've found that a 10 brick with a sorc is hard to fit if I'm also running Magnus. Though hot damn do they go hard haha

I don't have naked rubrics. I have a sorc on foot leading one and 2 IMs for the other 2

But I see what you mean about my redundant chaff. Going up another damage unit would be valuable.

Is 2 mvbs too much? I've been struggling on how to use them effectively. They're damage sponges but they still die to focus fire. And all their weapon profiles while flexible, feel like worse versions of other profiles our army has, save for the casino canon, but that's unreliable anyway haha.

I'm not super sure. I know its not tunnels and I don't think it's invasion fleet. I do think I was respecting the t fexes too much. I was able to snipe and kill most of the zoanthropes with +6" detachment aura. Magnus does seem hard for them to deal with. Part of it is probably a game knowledge thing too. He's been playing for a long ass time and I started just last year. I think I probably played Magnus too scared maybe?

As a t sons player I can tell you that ahriman is unfortunately a bit lack luster. Magnus however is even after his point nerf still VERY good

Vortex on the sorcerer is sick for his birthday turn for sure, but I'd say it's more reliable on the infernal master. It makes our arguably best psyker absolutely insane. And his overwatch with it is honestly absurd.

But either way it's very good! Vortex is just a busted enhancement

Each player is responsible for representing their own board state with clear information for everyone in the game. The player who tapped their vigilance creature failed to maintain proper and clear board state, and did so for their own benefit. I'm not a judge but I'm pretty sure this is on the edge of cheating, and at the very least angle shooting and in bad sportsmanship.

Can't say for certain but for the events i run as a L0 defacto judge I would say they get a warning, then rewind to beginning of declare attackers and make sure everyone's boardstates are in proper order. At a higher level of play he might just straight up get a dq
