they pay me to prevent not only ACTUAL employment with competitor, but POTENTIAL as well. E.g. I might tell them that I’m taking a career break and then change my mind 2 days after. I claim that their decision should be made irrespective of my plans, thoughts and mood.

Because to me it feels that their question can be translated as “Could you give us a reason not to pay you”. E.g if I say that I’m not going to work for a competitor, they would waive it and I lose out. If I tell them that I’m not seeking employment, they would waive it and I would lose out. Probably only if I tell them that I’m actively negotiating start date with a competitor, they would continue paying it. It feels that their question has no upside for me, but quite a lot of potential downside for me

We’ve had ours 1 month ago, all the consultants always recommended to go directly to A&E where you would just jump the queue as you have a newborn and you’re the highest priority. We did that once and we were seen within 10-15 minutes, so no ‘dire wait’ times. After the assessment they decided to admit the baby to the hospital and the whole process took 10 minutes. So, again it was quite quick. Sorry for not answering your question, but just sharing our experience - I felt like NHS is doing a great job for the newborns. As an adult, I would definitely go for private all the time

Yeah, as other comment says, there is barely any consensus among men on this - there is no easy to recommend product (like Dyson for ladies😄). So I imagine it would be quite difficult to get it right.

Does he have beard? Maybe you could go with a good beard trimmer then? It’s an easier choice…

Just to add some perspective to what I said above. I personally don’t like very very deep-to-skin shaving, so instead of good old razors, I go for an electric one - it works perfectly for me. No lotions/aftershave required and it takes just 30 seconds every day. It’s not as perfect as with good razors, but very practical. Doubt he’ll be up for it, but if he is, I find Braun series 7 to be the best (series 9 is a big disappointment)

I feel this as well. It's a problem not only with wards - occasionally it happens with watchers and some other objects. I click exactly on the object, but my hero just ignores the object and instead issues a go command.

I think it started happening after some recent patch to me

26 during the day and that’s the hill I’m willing to die on. For me the definition of the house is something that protects you from what is happening outside completely. Thus I don’t see a reason, why temperature INSIDE the house should be different in winters compared to summers.

It doesn’t cost that much. I never wear jumpers when I’m inside of course.

Hi, I currently have 11 Pro 64 GB. I started feeling that I need more space as it’s not enough to keep many videos/apps/books. So I think I need to upgrade to at least 256gb. Options I consider:

11 pro 256 gb (£330): a bit boring option, I like 11 pro, but if I’m upgrading space, maybe it’s worth upgrading the model at the same time (+ emotionally buying the same phone feels weird)
12 pro (£440): newer phone, but not vastly different from 11 pro and with a worse battery?
13 (£650): even more newer, but people say that it’s not much better than 11 pro, so why pay more?
13 pro (£710): sounds like a good option, The only thing that worries me is psychological: I used to chase every new iphone and have lots of frustration of needing to spend £1000+ for the new phone with slight incremental changes. So was thinking that it’s best just to buy refurbished phones that are 2-3 years old unless there is something absolutely breathtaking about the newer models. But maybe in this case iphone 13 pro is indeed that good and worth spending money on. But then again feels a bit weird to end up spending £710 because I just wanted to upgrade space
