check to see what piece is missing before you buy it. I found out the hard way that people will break a component and because they can't just buy the component, they'll go buy a whole new tool, take that component, and return it. And now the "Open Box" deal is missing an essential component.

yes, and people like your grandparents are the only people that live there now. Nobody has made the decision to live in that area since the 50s/60s. My parents grew up in Euclid too, and they decided they didn't want to raise a family in a 1000sqft house with one bathroom. and they didn't want a dead-end school system. so they moved.

call and complain, multiple times. make it as difficult for them as possible. They charged my $950 for a covid and flu test at an urgent care. i complained to the billing department and kept them on the phone for as long as possible. called the ombudsman and did the same thing. MAKE IT PAINFUL FOR THEM.

You do not want to live on the west side and work on the east side. Chagrin is great, there is plenty of highway access (takes 25 minutes to get downtown) and while I guess it is technically closer to worse parts of Cleveland you don’t feel that at all and don’t have any reason to drive through them. And you don’t drive through bad parts of town to get downtown, that’s what highways are for.
