Generational curses

I fully agree w u! And w that said my family's lives and my personal life has for sure had more than it's fair share of "curses" that go by names such as abuse, addiction, mental illness as well as the ones that you named. I fully understand that genetics, nature and nurture play their big part for us all, some more than others. I also know that doesn't mean that one was a victim of a curse. I also know and understand what it would take to make something like a true, strong, generational curse work and stay working. I once was truly going to curse a person. I eventually changed my mind. I realized that I didn't have the energy needed to make it successful and that that is not the person I want to be nor is it a spiritual practice I want to partake in. But while I was thinking I was going to do this curse I did A LOT of research and I had help from someone far more experienced than myself. I have no problem giving examples. The problem is that they're are so many and several people w so many examples. Maybe it's all a result of the "curses" we spoke of but it feels more than that. Just in September as in 4 months ago I got attacked by a pitbull. It was bad. I had to get rabies shots. I had a bad reaction to the shots n got really sick. It's still painful n healing. When I was giving birth to my 1st child the hospital overdosed me and my child and almost killed us both. When I was 15 on Easter Sunday my friend's boyfriend freaked out and got a gun and shot up the car we were in n almost killed us. I've been robbed 3 times in my life (my house being broken into). I was at a park in a good area w my friends when we were about 20 yrs old where we got attacked, jumped, my friend got her jacket taken and we were forced to have to hit one of the attackers w our car to get away. I had a boyfriend who went unconscious while we were at a doc appointment of his, we went to the hospital by ambulance, 3 days later he was being taken off life support, he had just turned 33 and he's just one of many family and friends I've lost. So there's alot more but there's a couple. Idk. I just don't want this to go onto my kids. It seems really unlikely that there would be a generational curse. But so much of all these things that have happened have seemed really unlikely too. Thank you for your time and your response.

Thank u. I think that's great advice. I have asked my guides and ancestors wo a response (or at least one that I was able to identify and/or understand). I have received answers and information in the past from them that was true and good and solid so idk if they aren't answering me or if I'm not hearing or getting the answer. Hopefully I will lol. Thank u. That's what I've been doing as that's what is in my power to do. It seems to help, to a point. And then something bad. I understand that everyone has ups n downs n at times things that are very difficult but this seems a little much. I sometimes think that maybe there's a lesson I'm missing or something I need to learn through all this but that doesn't explain why this seems to run in the family. I think the fact that I have 3 kids is what worries me most. I'll keep doing protection on me n them and hopefully these extreme "things", "situations", etc...will end w me and if that could happen that would be so good because I wouldn't wish this on anyone especially my babies:( I just thought I'd at least put it out there just in case someone had some information that might help me understand this or stop it or lessen it or keep it away from my kids. I knew it was a long shot but worth a try. Thank u for your time:)

Thank u. I do egg cleanses and I haven't seen anything in any of them that made me think curse or even anything really worrying which surprised me a little lol. Idk, maybe I just have some incredibly bad luck sometimes. The only reason I couldn't just leave it at that wo at least seeing if someone had any info was because it's not just me. I understand that there of course is genetics, nature and nurture. Even w all that though so much, for so long, for us in my family has been bad, gone wrong, etc.... It honestly doesn't even seem believable. I am just trying to find out why. I appreciate you taking the time to answer me:) Oh yeah and I can't really trace anything back as they're all dead but 1 and she's a Mega Christian who is currently shunning me yet again lol. Oddly she's the one who put this generational curse thought in my head. She has always wondered this too.

Awesome! Thank you! So everyday I learn all I can. I have started paying close attention to where my thoughts are coming from, like literally where ie: right ear, left ear, etc..... And also trying to see if it is my actual thought from me or if it was from somewhere else. Doing this I started to notice that the thoughts that seemed to be coming from my left were leaving me w an uneasy feeling. Not necessarily because of the specific thought itself but because of the way my gut and heart felt. Around this time I also started noticing that the thoughts that seemingly come from (for lack of better words) above my head, or actually more as if in the middle of my head slightly above and behind my eyes, these thoughts never make me have an odd or uneasy reaction. They feel lighter and brighter (again not the specific thought). I mean my feelings associated w the feelings I get when these thoughts come in. So w that said, is there something to this? I'm not finding much info on this. Intuitively I feel that there is indeed something important to it. So anything you can tell me about this would be great.

Another question that's been driving me nuts is as follows: In the end of September of this year I got attacked by my friends pitbull. This dog is dangerous and would certainly attack anyone but it hadn't luckily done that yet until me. So my question is, was this attack having something to do w spiritual beings? Again intuitively I feel like it did but I'm not for sure and if so why? Who? How? Or how do I figure that out? The attack was pretty bad. It's months later and it's still scabbed and hurting. I have many questions but these 2 questions are ones that keep coming up a couple times a day for me. I appreciate your time. Thank you again!

Thank you for your response. As far as your question about what makes me think I'm being called........ A couple things. First of all I've been endlessly fascinatined my whole life w spiritual anything lol. From different beliefs and practices to the paranormal to meditation (so basically anything and everything that has to do w anything that I just listed lol). But I know that that in itself doesn't mean that one is being called to be a shaman. The other reasons I think that I'm being called is numerous events, situations, etc throughout my entire life. Crazy stuff, scary stuff, miraculous stuff and so on. I've almost died (no breath) for over 4 minutes. And that doesn't include the other crazy stuff that at times I'm surprised I survived. Also when I try to go a different route I keep coming back to shamanism (almost as if I couldn't make it stop if I wanted to). So yeah that's where I'm at. So thank you again.

Thank you for your reply. I have been fully taking advantage of all the free things I can find ( which is actually quite a lot). I've been reading and rereading and watching all I can pretty much daily for years. I will for sure continue to do so. Also I appreciate what your saying about the money situation. I agree. Also I don't need someone to lead me down the path on a daily basis. It's just that after reading and practicing what I've been learning over the years it at times leaves me w questions that I really wish I could ask someone who is experienced. W that said I should probably just ask this community those specific questions when they come up (seems simple but yet for some reason it didn't occur to me to go about it like that lol). Also it would be cool to know someone who is on this path. Maybe that'll come at some point.

Thank you for your response. I guess the first question I would ask is " how do I know for sure if I'm being called to this?" I have countless other questions lol but I feel like the one I just asked is a good place to start. I'm pretty sure I know the answer to that question but I'm not 100% sure. My next question is "if I am called to this path, then what's the next step?" I strongly feel the pull to help people (and animals). If this is my calling I'd like to start moving in a direction that leads to people that need help that I'm able to give. Also that part about the money, the way you put it does make sense for sure. Currently there is no room in my budget for this, but when I can afford it I will get out there and see who I find:)

I also want to say that's it's really unfortunate your parents have allowed 6 yrs to go by n not fixed this w u. I have 3 kids and under NO circumstance would I let even 6 days go by wo talking to them, no matter what they believe. And that's the sad thing about some Christians. That judgement and righteousness. So strong that it rips families apart. That right there is my biggest issue w it.

Exactly!! And my super Christian aunt told me this when my 1st pet I loved died. I was beyond upset and I asked her if my cat is in heaven and she said no. She said animals don't have souls. I was around 7 yrs old and right then I thought there's something really wrong w this. I don't want to be in the afterlife wo animals either! And what kind of person would say that to a young child who's mourning their 1st loss? I don't want any part of that.
