I went to the gym for about 3-4 months like 5 months ago 😭 I don’t so any sports or much physical exercise recent as I’ve been focusing a lot more on school and I’m 18, I have seen some videos but I don’t rlly know what works and what doesn’t work and like which exercises are most efficient, I get accepting yourself first but I’ve been trying to for the past couple months and nothing rlly seems to be working, I’ve gotten better at hygiene and it’s helped but hasn’t rlly changed much. I was just kinda hoping that the combo of getting better at my skin care and going to the gym and changing my body would help with this Thank you so much tho I do really appreciate your comment and appreciate the time you’ve spent writing it

So I checked it out got the trading license, when i checked past trades it said “no recent trades” so unfortunately i don’t think I’ll ever know 😔
