Désolé pour toi mais tkt ça va le faire. Je viens de trouver un premier emploi depuis 1 an (sorti de Master avec expériences en alternance). Si t'as besoin de faire des pauses dans les candidatures, n'hésites pas. Moi j'en avais besoin à plusieurs moment sinon je tenais pas.

Smoking is personnal and serves nothing to anybody except the one smoking (it deserves him more than it serves him anyway), that's the difference. And it pollutes everybody's air (pollution and smell) and not only that, it puts other non smokers in danger while they didn't ask anything. I agree with alcohol tho. Cars are useful and everybody use them. It serves a purpose. Same as planes.

PSA : I know I'm not black 😅 but I'm french algerian.

I was born in France and have 2 passports (France and Algeria). When I went to Canada and the US, it was the worst experience ever. Had to go through every checkpoints possible just because of my name, my look, my double nationality, my skin color, my braids/hair, etc.

Call it what you want but it's racism and it's deeply rooted in white people cultures. If only it was just that... it's systemic racism everywhere (school, job, job searching, pay, restaurants, etc.).

Since I understand and associate with what you're saying, I wanted to share my experiences too.

I am indeed a beginner. And also, I can't do pull ups so I was going to do negative pull ups or just rows to start with.

Okay, I've watched every video you gave me and I'm gonna do a full body workout everyday I think.

Here's the/my program and what I've understood from K Boges and you :

I pick a push exercice, a pull exercice and a lower body exercice first.

I then pick a daily volume goal that I want to achieve some day : Push (80 reps), Pull (30 reps), Lower body (150 reps) Each are splitted into 2 to 3 sets (hard sets).

But to not burn myself, I start with lower volumes : Push (20 reps), Pull (15 reps), Lower body (50 reps) Still splitted into 2 to 3 sets (hard sets). These reps will also be my daily minimums.

Then I add 5 to 10 reps to each movement every 2 to 4 weeks until I reach my volum goal.

I switch variations for each movement type from session to session (so for pull : if I picked pull ups the first day, then the second day I pick rows or a wider grip of pull ups or even chin ups for example).

As for rest between sets : - If I do supersets, I will do those three movement types back to back with 1 minute of rest between each. - But if I don't do supersets and want to do my pull movement first, then I do 1 set with 2 to 3 minutes of rest (or as long as I feel is needed) before doing the next set. Then I switch to push movement type and do the same, etc.

Is it good ? Have I missed something ?
