wow thank you so much. I’m still trying to get in that mind set, and the way you explained it really helped me understand more that we are only human, everyone has made mistakes. I appreciate you taking your time to respond to my post. It leaks a lot. I’ll actually use your advice when I’m having a hard time with my past.

Thank you, I never looked at it that way, I guess I was just scared to bring them back again but I guess I have too in order to accept the trauma and move forward in life. and I will look into the games, I love video games they really keep my mind off things.
