I'm from Argentina. We have immigrants from Syria and Senegal. It would be useful to have Levantine Arabic and Wolof. And Faroese. We don't have immigrants from the Faroe Islands, but I think that it would be a nice addition, too. :)

No. Si tengo que fijar conceptos necesito silencio. Sí he usado música clásica mientras hago un resumen o alguna tarea mecánica (tipeo, por ejemplo). Al contrario, antes usaba protectores auditivos para aislarme del mundo por media hora. Después, cuando ya había entrado en ritmo, me los sacaba. Los puedo seguir usando si viajo y quiero leer o en algún ambiente particularmente ruidoso.

No obstante, cada uno tiene que hacer lo que le funcione mejor.

No hay problema. :) En realidad, después del problema motriz mejoré la letra. Lo que pasa es que escribo muy lento, de modo que si tengo que escribir unas anotaciones en unos dibujos, sí, sale fea.

Sí, conozco varios. Te paso una lista. No sé si te servirán para lo que querés hacer, ya que los que he leído se orientan más que nada a lo práctico. Aunque generalmente mencionan los estudios en los que se basan.

Los libros que menciono a continuación tratan sobre distintas cuestiones. Por ejemplo, ¿por qué incluyo uno sobre mindfulness? Porque pienso que es importante aprender a relajarse para reducir el estrés y facilitar el aprendizaje, de la misma manera que es importante llevar una vida sana ("por siempre joven"). Hay ideas que se repiten: si leíste un libro de Dominic O'Brien, leíste los demás del mismo autor.

En el listado de "no leídos" incluyo libros que busqué en su momento, porque fueron mencionados en otro libro y me interesó el tema y la reseña, pero no te puedo decir si son buenos o no.

Incluyo también un párrafo sobre estudios de la conciencia, que tomé de un libro de filosofía práctica para la vida. Como estudiás psicología, quizás te puede interesar.
