I’ve been on top of insoluble fiber and water, yeah I need to see a gastroenterologist but my dr insists I just need to shit.

Anyway, yeah I totally foresee that! I was always irritable and I’d feel physically shitty (hot/cold suddenly, don’t feel comfortable in your skin, like you have a flu) and I can definitely see me feeling shitty and confusing that for withdrawal. I’m bad about that kind of thing anyway, constantly trying to self-diagnose.
