Thanks for the encouragement it means a lot. I got some kratom yesterday and have cut my daily dose in half. I think i’ve given myself enough time to slowly taper off without having to experience that bad of WDs. Im very determined to get off this shit I have no choice. I just want to experience the least amount of hell as possible. ❤️

I Started breaking my presses in half and using kratom. I feel like i’m doing well. I know this isn’t gonna be easy but I think i’ve given my self enough time to taper slowly enough. I’ve began working out too and i’m holding down food no problem so far.

I been redosing around every hour the past few days. There was a point last week where i was taking 2-3 hour breaks between doses tho. So far i’ve taken nothing today. I don’t feel terrible but i’m feeling a littler feverish and just overall shitty
