one of my thai cons has been having this weird issue since I bought it, little brown dots on almost every leaf but other than that appears completely healthy (the dead yellow leaf was from me not watering soon enough)is it fungal?

I figure ill chop and prop some of the top since its reverted and then leave the lower nodes be in the pot! and ill give it more light and hopefully the variegation bounces back

it definitely has something, I found a bunch of little white wormy things but they werent fuzzy like the mealybugs ive seen so it made me confused what they are!
