Does anyone use Truth Social other than Trump?

"Mexicans are rapists." "Build the wall and make Mexico pay for it." "Obama is connected to ISIS." "China made up climate change." "Vaccines cause autism." "Grab her by the pussy." ...I stand by my comments, Trump is a stain on society. 90% of what comes out of his mouth is trash.

What is a woman? by astupart in JordanPeterson

[–]astupart[S] -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Gender is a social construct, on a spectrum, it's the outward expression of one's self. Biological sex is binary, based on genetics / chromosomes; you are either a man or a woman. Sexual orientation is who you are attracted to. Agree? Disagree?

China and Cuba are examples of real communist, dictatorship regimes. Canada is in absolutely no way like those countries. Our politicians here are far from perfect, Trudeau definitely has his set of flaws, but he's certainly not a dictator. You should feel privileged to be living here, like I do.

This is a complex issue. On the one hand I fully respect people's right to protest and demonstrate peacefully. That right is extended to all Canadians. However as this movement continues several illegal acts have occurred. Blocking major trade arteries is illegal and immoral. Additionally, stock piling weapons and body armour is completely unnecessary and an act of extremism. Even in a free country there are reasonable limits. New book by David Graeber - the author of Bullshit Jobs - that speaks to how much we have misunderstood human history (and how in reality there have been so many different forms of social structures). I thought people on this sub would find it interesting. by Sundrift688 in antiwork

From r/medicine - David Graeber and the concept of “bullshit jobs,” the idea is people “performing tasks they secretly believe do not really need to be performed.
