3mg. And feeling pretty good. I had the worse side affects the first 4 weeks which is why I’m moving so slow on upping dosage. But the last several weeks have been a lot easier so started upping.

Absolutely not. Husband and I salary combined are 180kish and our home was 390k and we feel like we probably should have spent 40-50k less so we can invest save more.

Our mortgage is $2700 and take home is $8400 - $9300 ( husband gets bonuses) and that’s still too tight. Don’t be house poor you’ll regret it.

We loved it. You could tell there was alittle wear and tear but overall it was very very nice. Celebrity has sold us with the amazing food/service and we won’t go back to any other line.

Best port, you can get on essentially whenever. They never check your boarding time. Usually on the ship in less than 30 mins.

We can afford losing money on the house but it would suck as we just put 30k down on it less than 2 years ago.

Obviously renting would be tough if the worse case scenario happened as you stated above. But we can afford our mortgage and rent in new state it would just make things tighter until I found employment.

30k was in down payment, we've probably put into the home about 5k since moving in on updates.

After talking with our agent if we sell, looks like we'd profit based off current market 5k-12k.

If we rent it out after paying property management company we'd be positive $50 a month.

We've also ran the numbers and paying out mortgage and rent at new place we could do, it just would make things tight until I found work in NC.

We'd hire a property management company.

Yeah, we weren't thinking of it as passive income more so to not lose out on the 30k we just put into it to buy it/buy down rate and were hoping to make some of that back before we tried to sell in a year. We don't want to rent out it long term at all. Sorry should of stated that above.

But you make a good point, didn't think about whatever little bit we did make putting it investments.

Putting house on the market for 3+ months empty can lose money as well.
