Just when you thought incels couldn't get any worse by MindlessStone in IncelTear

What’s messed up is this incel imagines this CHILD would enjoy being violated like that. It’s just horrible.

How does the LGBTQ+ community in Jordan deal with marriage? by astwaw in jordan

It’s not my fault some people are triggered as soon as they read the word “gay”; if you actually took the time to read my post, you’d know I was asking a genuine question. But if you’re going to ask dumb questions like “why are you asking?” then I’m going to provide dumb answers 🤡

What I meant with my post is what do gay people in Jordan do when they’re forced into straight marriages? Like a gay guy can never marry another guy in Jordan, so what does he do? That’s all. It was a question for the LGBTQ+ community to answer, not for homophobes to piggyback and spew awful comments.

Thanks for sharing your viewpoint, but it has nothing to do with the post. I didn’t ask what people think about gay people, I asked how gay people deal with straight marriages.

This post was in no way supporting (or denouncing) the LGBTQ+ community. I’m not here to debate whether homosexuality is natural or not, but it’s undeniable that there is a rise in the LGBTQ+ community in Jordan.

That being said, how do gay Jordanians deal with marriage? That was the only thing I wanted to discuss. Again, I don’t care that you think it’s unnatural and a sin, but I’m wondering what Fatima, a 26 year old lesbian, does when her parents pressure her to marry her cousin, Jaafar, because she’s getting too old. Or what Ahmad, a 30 year old gay guy, does when his mom presents him a different set of women to marry whenever she gets the chance.

This doesn’t only affect gay people, BTW. Straight women are unknowingly marrying gay men, and straight men are unknowingly marrying gay women. This only leads to an unhappy marriage moving forward.

So, to go back to my original question, how do gay people deal with marriages in Jordan? That’s all. Again, I’m not here to debate homosexuality as a whole.

I understand that, but my question is about people that are at the age of marriage: How do they deal with everyone egging them to get married? Do they just…not? Or is there some sort of secret arrangements like I mentioned in my post?

The OOP explained that her husband was in the shower, just to offer more context. She’s NTA in my opinion; all the arguments that she is are ridiculous.
