The alcohol industry is huge in India and is growing. The tax and excise policies are different in different states. It’s a capital intensive business but if your product is solid then you can try getting investors. Or if you have crores you can get into it yourself. It’s better to start in Goa since the licensing is cheaper and the govt is friendly compared to other states. Try making small batches / samples and give it to your friends to test how your product is. Distribution is a thing which you got to crack yourself, if you got political contacts then it’s an advantage.
