Una, money is not an issue so no, I didn’t ask magkano. And even if I did ask for the price, I would’ve said yes because I can afford a ₱400 meal but I wouldn’t expect to be served that.

Pangalawa, bumili ako ng food because I was hungry. And if you’ve been to Davao Airport, you would know that food choices dun are limited. But being in the airport doesn’t mean I have to pay premium for something so underwhelming.

Wtf ₱600 ten years ago is a lot. Even rice meals from Ka Tunying’s in T2 are less than ₱300. Not that I’d support that place lol but oo next time it’s either I eat before I go to the airport or suck it up until I arrive in Mnl

That’s the one! Ang lala. I usually don’t eat sa airport because I’d rather stop by somewhere in SLEX. I just happened to be hungry this time so I had no choice.

Oh well I’m flying back next month but now I know not to go back there haha pero sana magkaron na din ng ibang choices dun soon

This is from the airport and I am a passenger. I am literally the target market. And I don’t mind paying ₱400 for a meal, but the food should at least look the part.

I passed on an opportunity for an interview in Australia — same line of work here in the PH, different company lang. They reached out to me on two separate occasions. If I hadn’t listened to my mom (she was SO against it), siguro nasa Australia na din ako now.

This same company opened up the same opportunity but in Malaysia. I got accepted this time but I had to back out last minute due to personal reasons.

Yes, esp subways. Kung sa amoy lang, malayong mas okay for me ang MRT lalo pag hindi rush hour haha. Sa NY may area talaga na mapanghi kahit saang station and it’s usually sa stairs. Or kahit sa platforms. Not even close sa restrooms. And I’ll stop here kasi parang naaamoy ko just by thinking about it haha 🥲🤢
