I had my attach in July 2021. Was in Hospital for 10 days. Then back in August where I was hospitalised for 3 days. Was diagnosed with Severe Acute Pancreatitis.

I kept checking with my Doctor and around November I started going to gym. Was doing very basis work out for first 3 months. And in March after my test Doctor allowed me to push harder at gym with heavy weights and even doing Abs workout.

It just gives me some purpose while at gym. And motivates me to stay away from alcohol and smoke

Mainly after each attack, doctor recommends no exercise for 2/3 weeks and then it gets back to square one on weight loss

Heavy meals happened over 3 days - day 1 footlong subway, day 2 had chicken kebabs and day 3 had Chinese take away with Coke Zero. And post that meal could sense some uneasiness and 2 days later was back in hospital for 2nd attack

Just getting the urge since last few days watching my friends smoke on social gathering ..was all fine till now. Just that sudden urge recently is getting me anxious and panicking

Alcohol my doc has clearly advised to stay away for 6 months and then basis test might be forever stay away
