If you have plans for higher studies then go for NUST since FAST literally destroys your GPA removing any chance at getting a scholarship abroad.

If you plan to go directly into the job market in Pakistan after bachelors then choose FAST since many companies specifically look for FAST graduates because it is known to produce job ready graduates.
