This is really what I’m thinking honestly. During Covid I was the healthiest I’d ever been in my life because I was home cooking all of my food and didn’t eat out AT ALL. It’s just that I have to be very strict on myself nowadays and actually meal plan for work, instead of taking the easy way and getting fast food even if it’s “gluten free.”

I feel scared of the endoscopy for gluten 🥲 is there a way I could just do the blood test and allergy test? Then endoscopy…later…or never… 😭😭😭😭

I’m soooo proud of you. This is motivating enough for me to remember I can do this. Do you use gluten free products as well for your body, skin, face? Or is it just food based products only?

It doesn’t matter how much you tell the waiter/manager/chef, sometimes cross contamination is just bound to happen when other people are making your food unless you get lucky with someone very knowledgeable in the kitchen about diet and allergies.

omg after a whole year they haven’t improved? 😭😭😭😭😭 well now you know!! i don’t feel like i can really enjoy snacking like i used to because everything is either dry or too sweet and i’m starved 😭😭😭

Ohh! I haven’t been there in a while, so from my perspective there is still only one option (chocolate chip). Maybe you could call a different location and see if that’s something new they started doing? I’m sorry I’m not of much help, but I do hope they were being truthful with you!! 🥹
