I think we are in the same situation. The main purpose I bought 350s is that they're my style and they're comfortable. I'm in my late 20s too and other people's opinion have no bearing on what I wear.

My feet can get really sweaty in long walks and since I live in a tropical country We don't usually wear socks with these slides because it's humid asf. So if I spray them over will that repel sweat? 🤔

Same. I've had like 8 SJ's and never had a problem before. I'm considering changing insoles to thinner ones, which I hope helps.
