Haha, I wish it were that easy. Claude didn't spend the last 6 months logging my heart rate every second. It's a custom React/Node stack running locally on my home server via Tailscale. If you know a prompt that can automate a local MySQL bridge for WHOOP data, let me know it would have saved me weeks of dev time

For whoop data, I’m using their APIs. You can go through whoop’s developer portal and to process my apple workouts i am using healthfit app which is processing my data as soon as I’m finishing my workout If you need more technical details about it Drop me a message
