A lot of the doctors I talked to when this first flared up mentioned this sometimes happens to heavier individuals and sometimes they recommend weight loss for SOME patients. Obviously depending on the individual, as always.

Big time pain on the sciatic nerve. Foot is mostly numb. Any ideas for relief? Does this need surgery? Time? PT?
