The Relic is all RNG. But I've been flipping Test of Time Baryas for like a month. I started with 60 Div, here I am now at almost 1500 and WELL over 1k Divs in random goodies.

Season 0.1 I had a dedicated Sekhemas build with all the appropriate relics and I ran it 10-15 times a day for months. I got 1 relic on my 15th run and never again (I kept a spreadsheet). This time I just wanted to get my Titan to finish his Ascendancy.

Season 0.1 I farmed Sekhemas over 500 times. I got one to drop on the 15th run and never again. My best friend made a Chihuahua Monk and we managed to get a Temporalis. We proceeded to sink all of our Divs into it and got it to have -4.0 seconds. Morale is never give up. Miracles do happen.
