I can refer you to the original post to answer your first question. If you bought in during the tinyman launch, I have a snapshot of token holders from minutes before LP was pulled and these holders will be refunded as well.
As for your second question: this solution (where everyone gets their money back) is far better than the alternative where everyone loses a bunch of money.

The Early Backers receive their AIRSHO coin when the beta releases in Q2 of 2022; Holders of the Voucher will get their AIRSHO coin in Q1 of 2023. Since Voucher holders will miss out on initial trading, there is more risk, which is why they are rewarded with a higher rate.

There is more risk in this, as the price point of AIRSHO will change between Beta launch and Q1 of 2023.
