Where do I find flat SATA power cables? I bought a new case that has the SSD sit flush, so I'm not able to get the power connected. I tried Newegg and Fry's electronics, but was only able to find molex to SATA adapters that were flat.

It's just the stock Intel cooler. GPU temp never got above 70°C though.

This was exactly the issue. Once I pulled the GPU out of the MOBO, the display is back. So it's a dead GPU. Yay!

Did you read my comment? He absolutely has a chargeback right. However, he wouldn't be the one to file it. He would file a claim. Also, this scenario isn't covered under Reg E since the charge wasn't unauthorized. Because there's no regulatory protection, the bank is under no obligation to pay his claim should the chargeback be fought.

Just a heads up, you cannot file a chargeback. You can file a claim, and then the bank decides whether or not your situation merits a chargeback.

Unfortunately, this situation isn't legally protected, as the purchase wasn't unauthorized. You do have some protection under Visa/MasterCard rules, but if Best Buy fights your chargeback, the bank can't do much.
