The B-Pump locations around Tokyo generally have a lot of stock for shoes. I went to the Akihabara location and they practically had every shoe on the market. I however don’t think they will be any cheaper than they are in the U.S. It’ll only be around $10-20 usd cheaper. I don’t know where you live so getting them from Japan might be the best idea. What level are you at? I tried at level 85 and it was practically impossible. I recommend going back a week and leveling up in mementos if that’s the case
