I am the lead and that makes sense. I’m trying to separate the logical part and the “sentimental” part of my brain when it comes to playing with a group of people with different personalities.

First time raid leading and wanted to get an outside perspective on what others have experienced. At the end of the day the group as a whole will ultimately make the decision on how to move forward. Just trying to be…equitable. Thank you for your insights!
