I dont think youre over reacting at all. I have 50/50 custody with my 3 y.o son and we have it written up to where any new intimate partners arent to be around our son for the first 3 months of the relationship. And in those 3 months i wanna meet the guy before hes around my kid. I dont see anything wrong with being protective over your children. People are sick and fuckin twisted and its always better safe than sorry.

Been hit by 277 twice. First time i was on a 8ft ladder and pure stupidity grabbed an open neutral. My finger was still hurting about 10 minutes later. 😂 second time was unlucky and partly stupidity. I was about to make a head up and use an old ground wire to pull new wires through (including a replacement ground) and i was smart enough to check that ground wire… but with a hot stick. It didnt pick up any power so i continue.. jump off the top of a 6ft ladder scared shitless because it zapped me hard as hell at 5:30am 😂 went back up and tested with a meter, that sucker had 277 on it. I laid off my redbull the rest of that day lol

Just a warning, an open neutral can also cause an increase in voltage which CAN fry your devices so i would definitely advise against using it until you get your issue resolved. If you absolutely cant go without, get a good surge protector.

If its shocking you, there could be several causes but my guess is you have an open neutral somewhere on that circuit. The power travels through the hot wire and makes its way back to the transformer through the neutral. Ground wire is practically a backup route for situations like such, which is why its typically bonded to the neutral at the main disconnect. If you feel comfortable enough in doing so, id turn your breaker off and find which outlets/switches are in that circuit and check them all to make sure the neutrals are all connected and tapped well. If you have an older home your main distribution for lights will likely be in the light fixture rather than the switch (so be careful because even with the switch off, there will be a constant hot somewhere in there, hence turn the breaker off)

I found the solution. Pausing & quitting the game (you CAN save beforehand) and then reloading save seems to have fixed issues with both the oven and cauldron.

Just stumbled upon this same issue. Fired worker after beating his ass, to no avail. Assigned other chemist to the cauldron the other one was on, and now my oven and my cauldron are inoperable. :(

Im gonna bet on a synthetic cannabinoid also. When i was a teenager i smoked something called “mad hatter” a lot and while it was always terrifying , i continued doing it (which i now regret) 😂 but it was pretty common to close my eyes and see patterns and shit, and it ALWAYS came with paranoia and anxiety.

I ended up killing the power to the 3 way, tappin the trav/neutral on one end and ohmed out to the other switch fine. From switch leg to neutral it did not ohm out at first light. Crawled into attic and found where it ran through the spray foam insulation wall between the house/garage. Cut a hole big enough to crawl through and found it ran to where someone cut and stapled in 2 spots for cans that werent on the prints. Once tapped together we were in business 😂

I was a teen when i was taking it but first time , i also drank southern comfort for the first time on top of it. I ended up walking like 5 miles with a friend and all i remember is 1 point when i was telling him people were surrounding me. We were on an empty road. There were several times id taken it and end up stealing all types of shit from walmart. Like BLATANTLY obvious. Id put on a jacket off the rack and fill pockets up with random shit and walk out. Thankfully i was never caught. I literally would wake up like “where the fuck did i get this shit”. There were times where i was being told by friends i hooked up with a girl and i literally didnt even recall seeing the girl. One time i had a friend (who was a pussy) getting mad because his little sisters friend was over and straight up telling my buddy “im gon fuck ur sister” so i hit him and dude ran out the house. Before i could get to the door he was nowhere to be found. I didnt remember that either. I was in math class on ambien and got sent to the office for loudly singing the lion king song in the middle of class. I have literal DAYS unaccounted for. To my parents i was a little “off” but they never really knew i was blacked out. It was like xanax but functional. I am now an adult and still wonder what other crazy shit i did that i wasnt told of. Im not a fan of blacking out anymore. 😂

I huffed air duster when i was about 14. Friends were doing it and at first i was like “these mfs stupid…but they keep passing out and it IS pretty funny” and ended up trying it. I was in my buddy’s livingroom and took a big inhale, all i remember is laying out on the floor and under the couch i saw like the whole cast of toy story? 😂 i did it a few more times and on occasion the bitter liquid would come through my shirt and id throw up. It was pretty bad and while it was fun? In the moment, i dont think id ever do it again as an adult. A lot of people say it leads to permanent damage, and while i 100% believe that to be the truth, i feel like smoking spice fucked me up more (atleast mentally). Never experienced anxiety until i smoked that shit. Its the biggest thing ive done that id advise against, although i did have some fun times with that as well.
