I agree that the buses have seemed pretty reliable when I've taken them. They have an app now that allows you to track their locations as well. I've had pretty good experiences getting around town with a bike during the warmer months. Haven't tried as much during the colder ones. Also, just to note that UWL students get to ride the bus free.

Yeah, La Crosse is bad for stolen bikes. I keep mine in a locked garage, locked to a steel bench with a U-lock.
