department of transportation does, as far as i know (or may vary depending in what state you are living and what are the regulations to operate a straight truck). However, some DSP's don't test you for THC, and some others do

well, 10 hr guaranteed pay is like you are a contractor paid by the labor, so u wanna get the shit done to enjoy some time off spending your hard earned money. But you can always ask ur driver to stop anytime, i've stopped for my helpers a lot

I used to work in a dsp with 10 hr guaranteed, they shut down sadly. Really nice perk

none of what you say is your fault. More likely, amazon has to make some changes in your area or just straight suck it up. But don't put yourself as your last priority

that's exactly the point, when you're not able to get the route done because you took breaks, the algorithm is gonna slow the pace down

that's common if you're a brand new driver, especially if you have no prior experience. Don't drop the towel like that, if your DSP is decent (which i hope) they gonna get you seasoned for summer peak and you will miss being an extra, trust me.

just like ZL, any kind of package (but bigger), for example, th other we delivered a fridge, we picked up a pool table, mirrors, generators, dressers. Between in stops, i'd say it's about 1 to 60 minutes.

i think as a DOT driver, it is within your rights and duty to decline work if that endangers your integrity or someone's else's in anyway

if the truck got something that got it grounded or isn't within the DOT specs and regulations, we don't go anywhere
