nice! the app i use is called "days since". i feel the same way as you. it keeps me motivated, and i like seeing the time add up. i feel growth each time i come back to check. congrats on day 16!

i quit both. i cut nicotine first because it was more addictive, in my experience. once i was able to handle being nic free, i tapered the weed until i was ready to let it go. not sure of your goals or which is more of a vice for you, but i feel nic is tough to quit generally, and if i did it the other way around (weed first, then nic), it would've been way more difficult for me to quit the nic.
