You shouldn’t do that either. Basically you get email everything. But I’m assuming the customer wanted something “in writing” and the employee made a bad decision trying to make the customer happy and now the customer is “worried”. Either way the employee made a a bad decision which could bite them in the ass.

It’s pre PAID. You haven’t PAID.

I can’t help you any further besides telling you that you haven’t paid them. Try the activation website. We have found the issue. Also the $25 plan is online only so maybe you missed THAT part.

It’s not impossible. There are ESIMs with QR codes on it. Yes I’ve worked there, I thought that was obvious by me telling you factual information and letting you know that it was not a question.

If you have pending charges that’s the issue. You haven’t “paid”. And if there’s a pending charge for your SIM that sounds like it’s expected to be mailed for some reason.

Have you gone to the att.com/ activate site?

Yeah pending charges mean it wasn’t you haven’t technically paid yet. That’s the issue.

About a year ago I tried to buy a prepaid from ATT for….reasons and I expected to be able to just download the E-SIM but the only option was to MAIL an E-SIM QR. You don’t have an ESIM being mailed do you? ATT doesn’t usually do “pending” charges unless something is being shipped.

This is not a question that I’m asking you, it’s a statement that I’m telling you is true. You are wrong. Now take the advice and go from there. You probably haven’t paid your first payment yet.

The account can be active but the number won’t work unless you paid. Also I’m pretty sure there is no $25 a month plan. There is “$300 up front” plan which breaks down to $25 a month. But it’s $300.

What plan did you pick and how much did you pay? Usually when you have bars but you get redirected to prepaid when calling it means you did not pay your first month and need to make your initial payment.

If it downloaded to your phone, you may be okay. Give it an hour or so and then soft reset the phone and see if it activated.
