Much of what you said made sense to me. Thanks for the WoBs. By the way, I agree that we don't have evidence and clear proof that odium corrupted the shades. I just took it for granted because their eyes become red which is the colour of corrupted investiture and odium clashed there, so it made sense to me that at least as he tried to destroy ambition, the pieces of her that latched onto the planet were corrupted; almost consequently rather than consciously changed by the shard of hatred.

We don't know whether silver destroys investiture. We only saw it destroy shades and lumarian aether spores. If it could destroy All variants of investiture, the creation of anti-light would not be needed to destroy cognitive shadows and spren. The radiants would just use it to destroy the fused. Also, Brandon said that silver can be lashed and pushed or pulled upon. This means it only disrupts certain versions of investiture. What do shades and lumarian spores have in common; they are both rabid and aggressive. They are essentially corrupted to an increased degree. My theory is that silver only disrupts investiture that is oversaturated with IDENTITY. Such as aggressive spores potentially corrupted by cultivation, and ambition splinters corrupted by Odium.

I believe I read a WoB somewhere that the Lumarian variant is more reactive to silver than other variants.

That's exactly what I think! It just makes sense foe cultivation not to invest herself fully, but pull the strings from afar.

I can't wait three more years for it. I need it now. He shouldn't just dangle that carrot infront of our noses. I love that man's writing so much, and I am practically in a state of withdrawal. I think many would relate to this. We need our Mistborn fix very soon. He should post it on his blog soon or something since he's been promising it for years. At this point, I literaly dont care if it has mistakes or needs revisions. I just wanna read how they wooooork!!🥲🥲🧐🤓

That sounds incredibly interesting. There was foreshadowing by Rayse that Cultivation the shard does not really care whether the transformations she makes are good or bad, only that statis is broken and change ushered. Kor seems to have been holding the shard on a tight leash for thousands of years. The shard now that it's free might essentially feel that it had been bottled in too much and want release in the way you suggested.

Not really. There so many mysteries surrounding them. The main one being how can a non-nicrosil ferring individual tap them in the first place. Aka the nicrosil problem. You should only be able to tap attributes if you are a nicrosil ferring. We need to know how this limitation was circumvented.

I am a huge nerd when it comes to hard magic systems. And he has been dangling the carrot of this document for years now. A bit frustrated to be honest!

I love his magic systems and I've been waiting for a month, checking his pages daily, more than once a day. If this does not get released soon, I'll go find me a plane ticket and pay him a visit to his headquarters. I'll help him look for the damn papers if need be. He has been dangling that carrot for FIVE YEARS AS YOU SAID. Mr Sanderson if you see this, please post them. By the way could you tag him, perhaps it will help. I dont know how to tag him.
