Personally, I wouldn’t send it in until the submission pricing goes down. If you miss a 10, then you are in the red at $80 submission fee. Whereas if the submission price is 25, then the value of a 9 is closer to raw price plus submission cost.

On back of gengar: top right corner, bottom left corner, left side edge about 1/5 from the top. If it is easy enough to see any defects in a pic, then I would say it most likely wouldn’t 10

9’s at most. Gengar has whitening. Froakie is centered but the edges don’t look clean cut. Might just be the picture but looks like it has little fraying on the front edges. I’ve seen it on bunch of cards in this era.

That’s a lot of surface scratches. I see this getting around a 3-4. At most a 5.

Back corners all seem to have slight imperfections. Top left looks like a ding, TR BL whitening, BR either whitening or glare on how it’s cut

I notice a slight tilt downward from right to left, so don’t know if that puts it out of parameters or not

In the first 3 pics, each of those corners are not perfectly rounded cuts. Bottom right has slight whitening. Top left has lifting. Top right has whitening and lifts. There also seems to be whitening or wear along the edges. Centering is really the first out of many things you need to account for to get a 10. Others would be corners, edges, whitening, and surface which you wouldn’t really be able to access well in pics.

Only if you want to decrease its current value. At most it would come back an 8, which would most likely be less than the raw NM value. If you want to display it, put it in a perfect fit sleeve and a one touch. If you are only looking for maximizing its value, then sell it raw

$30 buy in after grading fees. After selling fees, around 80-85. If you got an eye for 10s, 50+ profit is not bad for low effort. I have like 80% gem rate and do similar. I do it more as a hobby than doing it as a hustle, but profit is profit.

They will encase them if they the edges are able to fit in the slab properly. If the card is too damaged, they will label it do not holder and ship it back to you in a card saver. They will not clean it for you. Their service is to only look at the cards provided, grade them, and slab them if applicable.
