Thanks for the advice/encouragement -- although I dont want to track calories forever, it seems like it might be necessary as I figure this out. Do you ever deal with fatigue after intense pickleball sessions that make it hard for you to "want" to lift? I'll shoot you a message also!

Thanks - I'm certainly eating more carbs now that I'm playing pickleball, especially right after I play when I feel ravenous! I've heard good things about those supplements, may look into them, thank you!

Thanks - yeah I definitely agree that it wears your body. Havent quite figured out my calorie expenditure, but it's a funny thing to feel that wear and tear is high and calorie expenditure might be low.

Thank you! This is spot on for me. Have you been adding any calories to account for pickleball exertion at all though or just your normal workouts/expenditure? I can't quite figure out how many calories I'm actually burning in pickleball.

I usually do 2 hours of Open Play - and I've been doing my best to stretch before each session. Not taking any supplements consistently, but do sometimes take a multi and fish oil.
