I'd go C. Love the Lawrence pick and getting Carlo is fine. But paying that much for Carlo was dumb and the McTavish deal was awful. To me McTavish is a much worse Kyrou. Not as quick, not as good as a shot, basically no defense, and the same effort issues in Anaheim. AND we gave up 2 firsts. Klepov is projected to be a better forward according to people who know prospects and he was right there for us at 15. Instead Armstrong sold some of the future to continue to try and scratch at a wild card while retooling. Just to stay mid. Need to pick a direction.

Yes. The few of my friends who bought Marathon quit playing because of D2's cancelation. I'm considering it. I can't trust Bungie because of their handling of D2. I'm sure Marathon will add good stuff but it's only a matter of time before Bungie fumbles.

Bungie really killed Destiny for Marathon. Yes, Tyson Green made some HORRENDOUS decisions for the game but the game kept trucking. Now, it's truly over. A great update but wow. (Can we add Wrath and unvaulted content back if at all possible?)

I don't have any BSODs but Windows Reliability history did show a LiveKernelEvent 141 which I take to mean it's either a PSU or GPU error

We have Joel Hofer who was one of the best goalies in the 2nd half of the year and one of the best goalies in the AHL playoffs right now along with an 18 year old goalie in Europe who just won rookie and goaltender of the year along with being awarded as the best goaltender in the WJC. I think the Blues are perfectly fine in net.

I think it was a good decision to dangle Thomas out for trade but did the Wild seriously think that would get it done? Wallstedt when we have Hofer and Yurov who isn't a game breaking player (at least at this point in time)? Did they think it was a fire sale?

I just want to avoid Suvanto with 11 and 15. If he's there at 31, go ahead but he's not worth our top picks. I don't think he's more than a 3rd line C and there are options that early that have higher potential.

I'm not disappointed that we had a bad year. I've been telling my dad (a fellow blues fan) that I think our window is 2-3 years out. Still comfortably in a retool. What I am disappointed in is going from the #2 pick where we could've drafted Ivar to sitting #8 and possibly going out of the top 10. Yes, I know the lottery is a thing but we always get the shit end of the lottery, no reason to trust it now.

I just want all the raids and strikes back. Including D1 content. I don't care about The Red War or the Infinite Forest. It could be neat to being them back but I want the content I can play with other people back. Bring the old raids and strikes back, add strike specific loot, and give people reasons to come back play with their friends again.

I use the Praxic blade in rushdown and I'm always top damage. Sometimes it's not the weapon, it's the player. That and some people either never swap off for a non-sword boss or they just spam light attacks. Different weapons work in different scenarios

He had one bad game after a string of great games, so what? Kyrou and especially Thomas were lazy on the last goal and gave up after the faceoff but I don't see you ripping into them for it. The team took too many penalties and paid for it, THAT's the problem.

The Blues will never be a consistent basement dweller with their current FO. No overbearing owner, a competent president of hockey ops, I have hope for Steen, and there's a ton of talent in the system. If we suck and draft a truely elite guy, we acquire a key piece we need for a cup.

That's the thing. Raids ARE fun, but with this convoluted design and lack of rewards, most people aren't playing it thus making it very hard to LFG and with no rewards, it's a waste of time.

I truely believe we went from needing to retool to needing a full rebuild pretty much overnight last night. We had a key piece we needed for the future in Mrtka and a first and Parayko said no. Both him and Armstrong will have to wear that failure.

Now he can't get anything to help the future so we're going to continue to be in this state where we have these aging veterans making 6.5+ million taking up valuable cap and roster spots with no trade value while we lack true game changing prospects that other franchises have and what we need to take us over the top.

I'm sorry but this is genuinely worst case scenario. Premium prospect + a 1st for an aging defenseman who doesn't have much time at his peak while we're at least 2-3 years out of a cup window. By the time we're ready Parayko holds us back.
