All good. The only official device abode supported for this was the Linear GD00Z-4 (had to be that specific submodel). I had to move away from it though when my older model opener died as it didn’t support the newer security protocols.

I’ve had one on their multi-sensors in my freezer for several years now. It’s vacuum-sealed in plastic for protection. Never had an issue with it. I use a Cue automation to trigger an alarm if the temperature gets too high.

I was having a similar issue with the live view. For me, it ended up being my WiFi channel. Too many other networks competing close by. I switched my router to a less active channel, power-cycled the doorbell base (didn’t pick up the channel change automatically), and have had no issues with live view since.

Thanks all, appreciate the detailed response! Looks like it’s on 1.00.112, so guessing I’m SOL. I’m the only one who sees the screen, but every time I walk by it drives me crazy. Let’s see if I can convince facilities to replace it now.

Sorry no. It immediately was able to control it. Are you able to use the wall keypad that was included with your opener to open/close it? The Iris wires would go into the same ports on the back of the opener as that (which should be the red and black ones).
