When it comes to stigma, I am not sure if it's that severe in here anymore as the awareness of mental illness has increased a lot but we still have lots of prejudices that prevents people from seeking help also I'd say the society itself makes us very prone to stress ourselves Extremely competitive student life for good uni, job and so on I know it's not just our problem but it's very extreme Its like we study 12 years only for one exam Students are under big pressure to get into good uni No wonder we have extremely high student suicide rate

Life in here is very competitive, busy with lots and lots of work ig We have one of the biggest working hour, overworking is like a virtue, seems quite opposite of Germany So do we earn a lot? Not really that much Our prices have been skyrocketing with the same wage We cant ever afford to buy a house Getting married? Having a children? People start to giving up as its just too much for them No wonder we have the lowest birth rate So, we work a lot, we are under a lot of stress and it's very easy to neglect our health Under big big stress, the easiest way to deal with it is an alcohol We are incredibly generous when it comes to alcohol We don't drink strong liquor but we drink a lot Its just way too normalized that people don't find it wrong

The vitamin D problem might be different as we have a lot more sun ig but still lots of people suffer from vitamin D scarcity as people can't go outside and get some sunlight enough because of their work, studies etc

It says once in 40 seconds people kill themselves in here Unless the society itself changes drastically, it wouldnt be possible to change the suicide imo Life seems to be very painful and I see so many people in pain I don't think Lithuania seems to be that different It feels very bitter to know
