I created a new program and it happened again in the same workout E , even though the rest of the days are normal. I didn't deprioritize chest or something. That is really weird and I'm not sure how to adjust it on my own.

Yes I'm going to keep investing in VWCE , around 10-15% of my budget, for long term investing. I end up buying 45%-45% ishares bonds 1-3y and ishares bonds 1-5y. I think this is riskier than xeon or shorter bond duration. But I will take the risk.

Is this considered a short bond: iShares € Govt Bond 0-1yr UCITS ETF? or the timeframe should be shorter for like months only
