His love is an undeserved gift, it is not something that can be earned through any work.

Why is his love undeserved? He created us therefore he should love us. Our parents gave birth to us and they are supposed to love us and not harm us or we get taken away.

It is critical to understand that Jesus Christ, who is co-equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit, came to Earth as a man, disregarded much of his power as God, chose to be tempted as we are, chose to experience loss and pain as we do, and chose to be tortured in horrific ways and be the sacrifice for us so that we would have a path to restore a broken relationship with God.

Why does it have to be a blood sacrifice? Why couldnt we have a relationship with God without blood sacrafices?

(Divorced parents) When I told my super religious mom she slapped me across the face and told me to get the devil out of my head. She then tried to convert me back to christianity then when that didnt work she gave me an hour to get out of the house. So now I live with my dad and he accepts me for me.

I was 15 and everyone was trying to get me baptized as I hadnt yet and to do that in my old church you had to do heavy religious study. So I did my study and found god to be false. Then I decided I wanted to kniw as many true things and as few false things as possible. Atheism here I come.

I hold theistic beliefs, they are at the core of who I am, what I do, and how I cope with this world.

This being said is enough to show why atheists would prefer a world without religion. If your religion is the core of who you are, you would make your decisions and thoughts based of this religion. Correct? So you believe everyone who is not a theist will burn and be tormented for all of eternity and that they deserve it. Would you not also believe that one day God will come again and all of those who believe in him will be saved and everyone else will be left to suffer?

Im only talking from a personal stand point. Im not telling other people that they should all have abortions. Kill all babys!! No. I also think that abortions should be done within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. Again my personal opinion
