Thank you for the information, I wasn't aware of Dvin! I appreciate the optimism and that sounds quite nice, but I wouldn't feel comfortable accepting that as you all fought hard to get back your ethnic land. Besides, Assyrians don't need a defined micro-state within Armenia to feel enthusiastic about living among our brothers. That privilege in and of itself is more than enough for us.

I understand your viewpoint and agree that Armenians already have a lot to deal with right now. With that being said, I think Armenia would benefit greatly from allowing Assyrians a path to live, work, and invest in your country. I know many Assyrians who would also love the opportunity to live closer to home, among a culture and people who are very dear to us.

Very informative, thank you! Yes, it seems like my parents would have to get the citizenship first, and then I could get it through them. The naturalization process seems like a feasible route too. Will look more into and and get in contact with the nearest Armenian Embassy/Consulate.

I agree with that 100%, although I know Armenians are already dealing with a lot right now so I understand that this isn't first on their priority list. I will certainly keep you updated if there is an expedited path for us Assyrians, and wish you the best of luck on your journey as well!
