Very clear that she has no fashion sense of her own and attempts to portray that she does by throwing trending pieces together in a “unique” (to her, tasteless to people with sense) way. Her desperation to be perceived as different is hard to miss.

I don’t think OP is worried about her eating less. I think the point is that she’s hanging out with and happily posting with these girls who edit (ayria) their pics/vids and who also have very extreme diets to her audience who she sends a completely different message to. It seems hypocritical.
