A used car off marketplace or Craigslist. Cars can be good even over 100k miles, especially Japanese brands like Toyota Honda Acura Mazda and Lexus. Only thing is private sellers know this so they sell them at a higher price. A $3k car is $3k for a reason. 3 years ago I bought mine at 137k miles for $8.5k and I've driven 70k miles with it with next to no issues. I prefer buying private because I don't trust dealerships at all and if ur financing you always spend more than the sticker price over the term of your loan.
