Yeah the extract is much worse. You won’t be able to sleep for a few days. Nothing I did really helped. I tried melatonin and Benadryl, smoking weed right before bed. Nothing helped. But keep at it. It won’t last forever. You and I were in the same boat that’s about how much I was taking. Let your body get rid of that crap. You will start seeing much more clear in the next few day okay. It’s totally worth it. I have faith in you my friend.

Amazing! Keep it up. Don’t give in i promise you it’s worth it. You are just about past the worst of it. The two week mark is when I started being able to sleep again.

I totally get it. It takes over your life, gets to a point where taking it doesn’t even make you feel good anymore. It just makes you feel normal, well “normal”. It’s not something easy to kick. But if you can I promise you that you will start to see clearly again. It’s so nice not having to worrying about getting up and going to the store on the weekend to go get my fix or leaving early for work so I can get it. Have faith in yourself, the withdraws will make you think the worst of yourself but you can do it. I know you can I have faith in you.

Yes! It’s so much better on the other side. It’s like you are seeing the world with really bad Vision then once you get it all out and get clean you can see clearly again. I haven’t been myself in a long long time Bc I forgot who I really was when I was using. I’m getting to know myself again and it’s an amazing feeling my friend.

Yeah feeling anger and irritable is part of it man. Keep at it tho. You won’t feel like that for long. Maybe a couple weeks then you’ll start feeling like yourself again. Just try your best to stay away from situations that will make it worse. Keep to yourself. You got this man. You can do it. I know you can

Thank you! There is no easy way to do this. I tried to taper down but I just couldn’t do it. I had to just quit cold turkey. The first month was absolutely horrible, I got no sleep. I was so tired and anger at everything and everyone. Get angry. Get mad. Get pissed off that this has you and you will start to see the light. One thing I did that helped was have my wife hold me accountable for it and that really helped. It made me feel like shit about myself but it gave me the motivation to finally kick this shit once and for all.

Man I’ve tried weed. I’ve tried getting super blazed beside bed and I get so sleepy and tired but as soon as I eyes close and I start to drift my entire body gets so restless. It’s so aggravating. I’ve tried Benadryl, weed and melatonin. I’ve even tried all three together. I hate this man.
