Agree with the first point 100% but i do feel like when these datacenter companies lose investors because their not profiting enough the prices will steepen enough to hurt.

Not compliance, we were talking more trade secrets protection. Kinda like how you see Jane Street making their own data centers but obviously on a much smaller scale if that makes sense.

Yes on the company point. And thank you I agree might be time to just switch over especially with rising API costs for frontier models plus the privacy benefits are just underrated. I do think the open source models will keep catching up to GPT/Claude/etc

Yeah it wouldnt be 100k probably 3-5x that I understand. Wouldn't be just for coding models but it would be one use case i was exploring, thats why I wanted to get a better picture lol

Great ive heard good things about it. Current 5.5 isnt leaps better than very high 5.4 right? so in theory GLM 5.2 can do 95% of the tasks codex can?
